Sambhav Communication ("we", "us", "our") operates an electronics retail showroom at Lalgola Station Rd, Gabtala, Lalgola, Krishnapur, West Bengal 742148, India, and the website on which this policy is published. We sell home electronics and appliances — mobile phones, smart watches, air conditioners, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and related products — to retail and business customers.

This policy explains what information we collect from customers and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our business is simple: we sell appliances, deliver and install them, and support them afterwards.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to serve you:

• Contact and order details. When you buy from our showroom, place an order by phone, or request delivery or installation, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and details of the products you purchase. These also appear on your invoice, which we retain for billing, warranty and tax purposes.
• Messages and calls. When you contact us — by phone, email ([email protected]), or messaging services such as WhatsApp — we receive the contact details and message content you send us.
• Website preferences. This website stores your language choice (English or Bengali) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and the website has no login or account system.

2. How we use your information

• To fulfil purchases and phone orders, arrange delivery across Murshidabad district, and coordinate installation with our professional installation partners.
• To handle warranty claims, service requests and after-sales support.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To send you updates about your own order or service request — by call, SMS or WhatsApp — where you have shared your number with us for that purpose.
• To maintain billing and tax records as required by Indian law.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

3. WhatsApp communications

We offer customer support and order updates through WhatsApp, using the WhatsApp Business platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. If you message us on WhatsApp, or give us your number and agree to receive WhatsApp messages from us, we will communicate with you there. This means:

• We will only send you WhatsApp messages if you have contacted us first or have clearly agreed to receive them — for example, by asking us to send your order updates on WhatsApp. You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling us, or by blocking our number.
• Messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp (including your phone number, profile name and message content) are processed by Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Business terms and Meta's own privacy policies.
• We use these messages only for the purposes described in section 2.

4. When we share information

We share your details only when needed to serve you:

• With our delivery and installation partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to complete your delivery or installation.
• With brands and their authorized service networks, when required to register or process a warranty or service claim for a product you bought from us.
• With government authorities, where the law requires it (for example, tax records).

5. Third-party services on this website

• Google Maps — the map on our home page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may process your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — the website's typefaces load from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address to serve the font files.

The website contains no advertising, no social-media trackers and no analytics scripts.

6. How long we keep information

We keep invoices and purchase records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. We keep contact details connected to a purchase for the life of the product's warranty and service relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are not retained in any organised way.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we must keep by law). You can also ask us to stop contacting you on any channel. To do so, call us, message us, or write to [email protected] — we will respond directly, the same way we handle everything else.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults making household and business purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
