1. What this website is

This website presents our showroom, the product categories and brands we carry, our opening hours, and how to reach us. It is an information website — it does not take online payments or online orders. Purchases are made at our showroom or by phone.

2. Products, availability and pricing

• The product categories and brands shown on this website are indicative of our range. Specific models and stock vary — availability is confirmed at the showroom or when you call.
• Prices are quoted at the showroom or on the phone at the time of purchase and may change without notice. The price on your invoice is the price that applies.
• Every product we sell is sourced from the brand's authorized distribution and is sold with a proper tax invoice.

3. Orders and delivery

• You may order in person at the showroom or by phone at +91 90835 25356.
• We deliver across Murshidabad district, West Bengal. Delivery timelines and any applicable charges are confirmed when you place your order.
• Please check your product on delivery and tell us about any visible damage immediately, so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Payments

• We accept the payment methods displayed or confirmed at the showroom at the time of purchase.
• EMI plans, card discounts and other payment offers apply to select products only, and are subject to the terms of the issuing bank, card network or brand running the offer. Ask us before you buy and we will tell you exactly which offers apply.

5. Installation and service

• Where a product requires installation, we arrange it with our professional installation partners. Any installation terms specific to the brand (for example, brand-mandated technician installation for warranty validity) will be explained when you buy.
• After-sales service and warranty support are handled at the showroom, using genuine brand parts and the brand's authorized processes.

6. Warranty and returns

• Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and conditions are set by the brand and stated in the product's warranty card or documentation.
• Please retain your invoice — it is required for any warranty or service claim.
• Issues with a delivered product, including manufacturing defects, are resolved under the manufacturer's warranty policy. Come to the showroom or call us and we will take it from there.

7. Communications

When you share your phone number with us for an order or enquiry, we may contact you about that order or enquiry by call, SMS or WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Website content and trademarks

The Sambhav Communication name and logo are ours. Brand names shown on this website (Daikin, LG, Samsung, Voltas and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced only to describe the products we stock. Website content is provided in good faith for general information and may be updated at any time.

9. Limitation

While we keep this website accurate, product specifications, offers and availability are always confirmed at the point of sale. In case of any difference between the website and your invoice, the invoice prevails.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Murshidabad district, West Bengal.
